I did get a new rental agreement from State College. It stated the daily rental rate, which was quite high because it was a 6-7 day one way rental wit mye dropping the car off at Philly airport. I was repeatedly told by the Hertz -800 customer assistance that Hertz would fix the fact that State College had charged me a cash rate. I was told that State College had to charge me a cash rate because they are a licensee. I really had no choice but to take the rental at State College unless I wanted to be without a car for the week which wasn't an option.
