it does not look like it has really translated to a usable alliance, in terms of booking codeshare flights among members.
There are a number of flight pairs that can be booked. For instance: Scoot connecting to Vanilla, Scoot or Tiger connecting to Nok.
But not much more than that from what I've seen.
