This is a T fare, so NOT upgradeable with anything, unless you get a sympathetic GA to give it to you at boarding. Otherwise it is 14 hours in Y!
And UA has been offering this same e-fare for the past 3 weeks or so, so you can expect it to occur most weeks through Summer (Winter in OZ). Light loads are customary in June/July/August.
