Checked-in but No Boarding Pass
Our BA booking is on BA84 YVR-LHR on the 24th July and BA1492 LHR-GLA on the 25th July.
I tried to check-in this evening in our hotel in Vancouver - for both our flights as I normally do.
However, although I got the message on
MMB that we were checked in I got another message stating that they were unable to print our boarding passes for the YVR-LHR flight. (The boarding passes for the LHR-GLA printed as normal).
The BA mobile app also states we are checked-in for both BA84 & BA1492 but states that the mobile boarding passes for both flights are unavailable.
There is a message on the BA app stating that, 'The travel document details you have entered are not available for this flight'
Coukd this be the reason for the boarding passes not being issued?
We flew out here on the 3rd July and our travel documents are unchanged.
Anyone any idea what could have happened? Have we any reason to be concerned?
