Except that the CY provides a free tuk-tuk service to/from Rajadamri BTS station to avoid such an (alleged) schlep

From the CY to Chit Lom I normally cut through Hyatt and the mall (during operational hours) to get to the elevated walkway but Ratchadamri BTS is closer. Of course your choice of station is entirely relevant to your destination.

Either way, it is definitely a schlep.
