If ever I had any lengthy transaction with a passenger or coworker at a gate and someone else walked up to wait on line for me, I would never hesitate to say (nicely)....."sorry this is going to take a while or I am going to be a while with this transaction".....and direct them to another agent or line. What is SO ??? difficult about using common sense and courtesy ?
