Upgradeable?
I know international E-Fares are generally not upgradeable. But when I priced the SEA-MEL E-Fare on united.com, it stated:

NONREF/NONTRANS/NONEND / VALID UA ONLY / UG CERT OK/NO MPI UG

So, who can interpret this? Does an e-SWU qualify as a UG CERT?
