If you want to try the QR 380 in F, and also want to end in CAI, will they not offer SYD or MEL - DOH - LHR - CAI?

Also, are you actually wanting/needing to end your trip in CAI? As you know, ending anywhere else in the ME (i.e. AMM) is permissible on this fare....
