Are middle name discrepancies an issue?

We just booked a flight as First Last and my newly created UA FF acct is First M Last (added to reservation). My driver's license (which I'd use for this flight) is First M Last and my passport is First Middle Last. I have a known traveler number which I believe associates with First Middle Last.

If it is an issue, how should I fix the problem?
