So I know when I rent with Hertz I get some sort of late return grace period. I'm not sure if that's because I'm PC or if I'm using my company's CDP number. Is the late return grace period part of PC or my company's CDP. If the latter, is there anywhere I can look up what that period is? If it's part of PC, what is the grace period?

I'm renting a car from MCO and I plan on returning no more than 3 hours after I picked it up (three days later), but I'm being charged for 4 days, instead of 3. If I can get around paying an extra 50$, I'd love to do that.
