Aim for 6-8pm for a nice ambience. Bar is lone traveller friendly as it has barstools so you can belly up to the bar.

Forgot to mention in my previous post. Restaurant is still Osaki and the menu looks really nice, I don't know if they'll serve food at the bar, that'd be a proper bonus.
