How do I check the balance on my Axis Bank Gift Card?
Axis Bank provides you the facility of balance enquiry on your gift card through Internet Banking facilities. The gift card kit contains a Telebanking PIN and an Internet Banking PIN.
  • Log onto www.axisbank.com and select the Prepaid Card option under the Internet Banking section. The 16 digit Axis Bank Gift Card number and Internet Banking Pin should be used as Login ID and Password.
  • Dial the Tele-banking no. at 022 – 67987700
(Don't know if the above procedure will work for cards denominated in a foreign currency.)
