Which is quite likely, as the other AFKL low-cost endeavour (transavia) offers exactly that: Award miles only (On HV flight number).
And while Transavia may seem like a different case, consider this: If Joon is to replace some low-yield AF destinations, it plays exactly the same role as Transavia does for short-haul routes. They just slap an AF/KL codeshare on the transavia flight and that allows them to maintain the same network, while offering substantially less benefits to frequent fliers (and in a way: to their crews).
