I think a dress code would go a long way. Yesterday at ATL T the bartender welcomed back what must be a regular patron. He looked like a beach bum. Hopefully he owns his own business or only travels for leisure. I would hate to know my company was being represented by someone who can't be bothered to comb their hair or put on some decent clothes.
