Cash VISA card - how to tell remaining balance if bank will not tell you
A VISA cash card was bought in India - currency in CAD$2000.

The bank telephone customer service agents stated that the bank had no mechanism of determining the outstanding balance of this card.

So how does one determine the outstanding balance of this card?
