Ritz-Carlton for large elegantly furnished rooms, beautiful public areas and fantastic staff.

MO for location, staff and service.

It seems the Palace is almost universally despised on the *wood forum but personally I have never had a bad stay there, think it's a superb hotel and would call it a toss-up between Palace and RC based on price and/or desired location.
