I've seen those carts running- but was curious the frequency.

Still sad the actual stop isn't closer to SEA (not sure how it could have been, perhaps underground or well above the terminal but that would be significantly more in $$$, plus SEA has special seismic conditions). To take a lift directly up or down from baggage/ticketing would have been soo much nicer.
