I fly a lot and flew Philippine Airlines for the first time from HND->MNL->DPS. Granted, it was business class, but I was very impressed with the service of the airline; my other flights this trip were on ANA, JAL, CX which were all excellent as well. From HND->MNL, there was wifi on the plane (not from MNL->DPS). Service was excellent on both.
