I am aware of these owners... some even butcher their F&B offering, eliminate all restaurants and limit guests to in-room dining for dinner, and then go on to construct a 50 million $ penthouse....
Some years later they figure they are now hospitality designers and favor their guests with updated guest rooms according to their own style. Wow!
