I tried using it at EWR on Monday, but I couldn't find the wifi network to connect to in order to upload my data. What should I have been looking for?

In the Terminal B arrivals, as soon as you walk off the plane, there is a place where the says to upload your MPC data here. Will any wifi or cellular network work?
