I don't understand how you could issue a ticket ex-Cairo in Canada. I've asked SQ if I could issue an ex-KUL or ex-BKK fare in singapore and they said you could only if you paid the ex-SIN fare, which basically defeats the purpose of flying up to KUL. Did you pay the high ex-canada fare sth lke 9000CAD Is there some trick to this?
