HU adds a new class of service for Economy?
Hello

I purchased a ticket that includes a segment SJC-PEK with the idea that it would "Q" fare basis.

But it priced as "P."

Now "P" is not on the award chart.

Called Hainan, they said it is new fare basis code.
Called AS, they said they would get back with me.

Do I pound sand?
"Who knew keeping your status is so hard?"
