If I recall correctly fuel dumping system is optional for 767s, so they are probably not installed. The larger jets (A340, A380, B747, B767, and B787) have them.
They also have the option to circling to burn some fuel.
Early models of the 767 did not have the fuel jettison capability, later models do, and operators could add the capability to early model aircraft if they chose to pay for it.
