Since you are arriving from outside Schengen, and departing to a non-Schengen country, you will not clear immigration nor customs at Schiphol, that will be done in Cork. In addition, since the security procedures in the US comply with European standards, you won't even need to go through security screening. The Yotel is on the non Schengen side of the terminal, so you need five minutes to walk there from your arrival gate, and another five minutes later to walk to your departure gate, that's it!
