The lifejackets have a massive red tab on them, which you pull. Next time you fly, feel under your seat and you'll find it right away. There's no need to go into so much detail in the video because it's relatively obvious even to the layperson. And, if somehow you don't manage to find it, your lovely crew will throw one at you when they see you in the water without one because we're just that nice
