Alaska's service animal/emotional support animal page doesn't speak to a limit for those, it's only for traveling as a pet (one pet carrier in First, five pet carriers in Coach, and up to two animals in each carrier if there's room). Unlike service/ESA which can be in the seat's foot area, pets are supposed to remain in their carrier for the entire flight.
