First of all, congratulations!
An hour in advance should be plenty of time, especially on a Sunday morning, even with checked bags. Since you are flying first you get to go through the premium security line which is located on the right side of the elevators (facing the security area), closest to the First Class check in area. That line is substantially shorter than the other.
