Indeed, V10! What is the basis for "a security and insurance surcharge and a carrier imposed charge per sector"? No breakdown, no indication of what sums are involved, just meaningless phrases.

Even the details T&C on ba.com just state "5.2.1. For UK residents only choosing to pay by credit card, rather than debit card, a credit card surcharge will be applied." without any further elaboration.

I haven't found anything relating to the amorphous "security and insurance surcharge" [?] or "carrier imposed charge" [?]. I would have thought the latter was part of the actual fare! But don't they show up individually on Matrix when searching for flights?
