Look, it's not awful: the furnishings are nice, the lobby is impressive, it's convenient for the train - but I stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn in Mongkok (HK) recently and that is at least as good. The rate I paid in Hong Kong was also similar to DT rates I've paid in Bangkok, which should give you an idea of where it is in terms of value for money...
