The first annual fee for my card just posted (had the card for one year now) but I don't see the annual free night cert in my Marriott account.

I just got a statement in the mail today with the renewal fee, and I checked my Marriott account and the free night cert was there. So hopefully yours will post soon (I suspect at the same time the points for that statement post)
