I'd prefer not to apply for another new card at this time (3 new cards in the last month), so should I be able to get Capital One to product change me to the Premier Dining Rewards?
This card looks great, I like Capital One and rather have cash back, rather than "in-program miles".
As show above the card pays
3% on dining, but also
2% on Gas & Groceries!!
So what is the general opinion of this new card, is it worth getting and how hard is approval?
