Yes, absolutely possible to use the AA arrivals lounge in T3 and then take Heathrow Express to T5.

In addition, you will be able to use the Galleries departure lounges in T5, because although your onward shorthaul flight is in economy, you are connecting from a long-haul flight in CW - this entitles you to lounge access. Just make sure to keep hold of your CW boarding pass to show at the lounge entrance if needed. ^
