I should have said, I'm flying from GLA/EDI so any short haul route would do in club because of the two legs.
Another option, have a look at doing a same day return trip to LGW or LHR - I suspect more I class availability to LGW though. You can book two on seperate dates. Also look at EDI-LGW-GLA.
