Interesting observation:

When I use AAA I am able to rent a car for 31 days and have this count as a 1 month rental.

However, when I use USAA or Amex Plat the rental period identifies 30 days as a monthly rental and if entered for 31 days, charges 1 extra day.

I don't recall this being the case in other states but it is happening in Florida.
