On Flightaware, I see that CX777 was subbed with B773 on 11 July - is this the plane with inferior business seats?
On the other hand, CX753 never got subbed during the past fortnight.
There's a decent chance of having the aircraft swapped (repeatedly) so far out. No way to be sure about the equipment half a year out, especially for regional flights. Even then, there's always a chance of last-minute swaps. My advice would be to just go for the flight which best suits your schedule.
