Just spotted this. It seems when doing a mock booking on BA.com for a LHR-CPT segment, a connection in JNB appears as per usual for a stop in JNB within the LHR-CPT routing , so LHR-JNB-CPT. However what is strange is that it seems that BA's own internal subsidiary ( BA operated by Comair) has been replaced with SAA ? This is very strange as one would assume that Comair would be BA first choice to try get passengers to offload to , especially since BA has business prospective along with invested capital within Comair. I can not see any formal agreement regarding codeshare or a partnership anywhere online.

Very interesting imo , well for the ex SA flyer ...
