I had a similar experience with the Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit last year. I don't know the source of the problem, but guess it's an Accor website failure. I also didn't want to send credit card information by E-mail, so I responded that I would provide my credit card details upon check in. That worked for me at the Pullman.
