Introduction I initially had a penthouse suite reserved for 1 night with cash+points. Later, I reserved 2 more nights in their basic room with cash+points before the night in the suite as I changed my plans to stay in Vienna longer. At check-in, they upgraded me to the penthouse suite for all 3 nights, as a Gold member. Awesome. Valet parking was 35 euros/day. I chose welcome points but in hindsight, should have opted for the breakfast. Not having to carry the key around was convenient. Gym was small, had some free weights. Business center was useful. The suite was excellent, had a nice view of the city. Hotel was centrally located in the city.
