#VietJet Air.
My son is traveling to Asia from Canada. He has asked me to book a flight from Han oi to Hue on July 15th first which I booked and a couple tries it worked and gave me the confirmation number (bought travel insurance as well, as it was so cheap). Later he told me to change the date to July 17th. I went to manage booking and the on line system didn't allow me to modify anything. So I went on to the reservation system and tried to book again. I got the response back as "transaction Declined". I kept on trying for multiple times with different cards. All of the tries, I have got a response back as declined. Later yesterday, we found out that every time we tried to book with separate cards, we got charged. Visa and MC are not willing to refund anything as they are saying to deal with Vietjet Air. Since I yesterday, I have been trying to get hold of them with the phone number posted under Call Center on their website and have not been able to connect anyone and losing money on international phone calls. I have sent email, got an auto response and nothing after that. Posted a message on FB page, no response. Needing some help as around $200 has been charged to our cards. Needing some Help.
