He thanked me for our patronage but suggested another hotel might be better suited for our relaxation time in Seoul. He seemed to imply that the generous suite upgrade, lounge access, check out time extension were to hedge against any service mishaps? I don't take them for granted but those things should come with the FSPP booking made from DavidO and not be incentive to "forget" about any imperfections. He said that I failed to mention them in my email to my agent but I don't think that has much bearing on service failures.

I don't really want to take this to Mr. Stampfer because I don't really want to go back to FS Seoul ever again. I think Four Seasons Seoul might be the only choice for a high end luxury stay in Seoul but I would rather "slum" it than give him my money ever again.
