There was a thread a while back, though not any posts recently. I would say one of the bulk head rows, as that is where the foorwell is bigger. If you want to avoid being close to the lavatories, that leaves you with row 1.
I like the front row in the mini-cabin. One doesn't really notice the presence of the lavs at all. Lots of legroom and feels less like a flying dormitory.
