I knew it wouldn't be recognised here, but what I was slightly concerned about would be that it would cause problems when CP's go through here (i.e. we'd been married elsewhere before.) However, as you state, it would not be legally recognised; therefore, we'd have to get married 'again'. Personally, I just wanna do it to give two fingers (well one middle one) to GWB and his band of hate mongering cronnies. Besides, I am thinking P'Town will be an 'us' wedding and the UK will be a family/friends affair/big do.
BTW, Trevor and Stephen tie the knot on Thursday (27th) and have been interviewed in the Indepenedant, The Times and BBC (you can read the articles at
