I got a denial today and the reason was that the competing site (Zenhotels) is no longer eligible to be used as a competing site. Have you run into the same issue lately? Would love a PM in case you have been successful getting a BRG approved in the last week with Zenhotels as the competing site. I've had great luck in the past using Zenhotels for BRGs so this is disappointing.
