I flew AUH-LHR-DFW-ORD in I class (business class) on a cheap AA all flight numbered revenue ticket. I have lowly AA basic membership.

After completing the trip I was shocked ( bad thing I did not read and understand the rules well) that with AA new earning rules AA gave me only 5000 award miles for such trip!

Is there any way that I cancel these posted trips in my AA account and claim them back in BA account, which I am GGL and I could earn triple award miles of what AA gave me?
