The Iberia flight, also in J will cost 115,000 miles.
I've looked at the videos of flights on both (I skipped those long segments of cloud cover and the views of dangling hot towels, panoramas of bathroom facilities and and inspection of amenity kits; concentrated more on the seats and the meals).
What might I be missing and thanks for taking the time.
For 115,000 miles over 220,000 miles I'd take (have preferentially taken A330 over 772 several times on purchased fares) the Iberia A330 service in a heartbeat. Comparable all aisle lie flat "suites", somewhat better food, better wines, service can be good to meh on both. Though honestly, I've been impressed with the in-flight service on IB the last few flights - a few years ago the FAs had the charm of old Soviet hotel floor "concierges".
As to 772s, there are two versions - one (BE Aerospace Super Diamond) better than the other (Zodiac Concept D Business Suite). Which one will you get MAD-MIA? CrAAp shoot.
