I just got another BRG approved two days ago, got the price adjusted to the BRG rate and everything looks fine.
Suddenly the rate became "complex" again today so I notice likely the hotel had adjusted something again. And guess what? Someone added 10% service charges once more, totally 20% on the bill! While there should be only 11% govt tax and 10% service charge for hotel stays in Indonesia. It looks so creepy!
