Hi! I've had my BRG declined because of the OTA using a different name from the property. The property named their standard room a 'Classic' while Expedia used the term 'Superior'. Both were obviously talking about the same category of room but that did not help my BRG. I think it may work if those categories you see on XP are the actual terms used by the property.
