Definitely related to mechanical issues and 763 fleet constraints. The 763 C-FCAF that flew as AC617 yesterday with flap issues is still sitting at YYZ, and there is definitely at least another that has gone mechanical. Not the first time this week, we've already seen a 77W and 77L fly YYZ-YHZ-YYZ for the same reason.
