Off the top of my head, London to Hong Kong.
Your signficant options are

RJ: LHR - AMM - BKK - HKG
QR: LHR - DOH - HKG
MH: LHR - KUL - HKG
BA: LHR - PEK/PVG - (CX/KA) HKG
JL: LHR - NRT/HND - HKG
S7: DUB - Russia - HKG (?)
CX (and BA): direct

There could be some contrived routings around SE Asia by joining up RJ/MH/maybe QR itinaries, but those who are more expert can advise.
CTU used to be an option but BA ceased flying there earlier this year.
Watch out for Visa requirements and TWOV if your plans touch China.
