AMS Can be a ZOO but as said before , it is like so many other airports. The one thing I did not like was one priority check-in line for everyone down to AA gold level. Took about 30 minutes. I probably will route thru LHR instead of direct to DFW in the future. AA should be ashamed to fly the old configuration of the 767 on a 10 hour flight. It was changed the night before my flight. I will fly it next season if they indeed go to a 777-200. Very senior crew but not all that bad.
